Detailed Itinerary

Day01 Hanoi Arrival 

Meet on arrival at Hanoi / Noi Bai International Airport and trasfer to your hotel.

Hotel rooms may not be ready until 1400hours but an early check-in would be guaranteed with a surcharge. The rest of the day is at leisure. Subject to your arrival time, you may want to venture out to explore the city on your own or join one of our wonderful optional excursions in and around Hanoi.

Day02 Hanoi City Tour


Pick up at the hotel lobby. In the morning, you will visit Chi Minh Mausoleum (Closed on Monday,Friday and during the entire months September and October for maintenance), his former residence (Closed on Monday and Friday), One-Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature, which is known as the first university of Vietnam with more than 1,000 years history.

Continue the city tour to one of the following museums (Note: That museums are closed on Monday)

  •  War Museum
  •  Museum of Ethnology

Note: Alternative for tour on Monday and during the Mausoleum maintenance

See Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from outside and walk to visit Quan Thanh Temple. You will be passing by offices of the highest state institutions such as the National Assembly Hall, Presidential Palace, Government office and party Central Committee, whose architecture bear the influnce era and modern says western style. Continue to visit the Temple of Leterature, known as the first university of Vietname and built more than 1,000 years ago and hoa Lo Prison Museum or Vietnam National Museum of History (except on the first Monday of the Month).

After lunch, enjoy a leisurely one hour cyclo tour through Hanoi. Visit the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Hoan Kiem Lake was already considered the most beautiful lake in hanoi when Ngoc Son Temple was built on an island in the 19th century. Initially, the temple was called Ngoc Son Pagoda and was later renamed Ngoc Son Temple, since temples are dedicated to saints. Saint van Xuong, considered to be one of the brightest stars in Vietnam's literacy and interlectual circles, was worshipped there along with other National heroes.

Day03 Ho Chi Minh

Today you will fly south to visit Ho chi Minh City.


Check out of the hotel and transfer to Hanoi Airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Expected flight VN229 Depart 1030hours Arrive 1240hours). Upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh City Airport, pick up by local guide and transfer to your hotel.

In the afternoon, you will start to explore the city with a walk through the heart of the impulsive city still known as Saigon. With its over 7 million inhabitants and millions of motorbikes, Saigon is not only the biggest city in Vietnam, it is also a metropolis on the move and the most important economic centre in Vietnam. While walking you will admire some of the most beautiful buildings of the city, you will be brought back in history, but still discover the daily hectic life.

The tour will also take you atop one of Saigon's landmarks, the 262m high Bitexco Financial Tower which has a shape of a lotus, Vietnam's national flower. The high speed elevator takes you up to the observation deck where you can experience a fantastic 360-degrees view of Saigon city and its surroundings.

Day04 Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi - Ho Chi Minh City


Hotel pick up and transfer to visit Cu Chi Tunnels, an amazing complex of underground tunnels used during the Vietnam War. There are more than 200km of tunnels, comprising a main axis system with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters and other tunnels. You may want to crawl through part of this amazing system of tunnels for a bit experince of how it was during the war time.

Return to the city, have lunch at restaurant and then explore Saigon during the afternoon city tour, which will take you to thien Hau Pagoda, the Reunification Palace, the War Remnants Museum and a lazquer ware wokshop.

Day05 Ho Chi Minh City - Departure
